(*3) Jobs Wanted: Personal job wanted ads for CAPAPA members only. Content is limited to short bios, a brief description of skill set, and the nature of desired work. Content specifically excludes the advertising and/or promotion of personal businesses or professional practices. Detailed resumes and/or CVs is prohibited.

(*4) Agency Recruiting: Employment opportunities offered through agencies, recruiters or headhunters.

(*5) Educational: Promotion of courses, educational events, seminars, symposiums or conferences on behalf of accredited, public educational institutions (e.g. colleges or universities).

Discounts

* Available for all categories; applied retroactively as earned.
* 10% discount if 2 or 3 ads, any format, are purchased within the same program year by the same individual or organization
* 20% discount if 4 ads, any format, are purchased within the same program year by the same individual or organization.

General Guidelines and Constraints

* The program year for regular CAPAPA newsletter issues runs from September to June.
* Copy material should be submitted electronically in MS Word or .html format.
* If the ad content includes any images or graphics, these must also be submitted separately in either .jpg or .gif formats.
* Advertisers will be invoiced at publication time; terms net 30 from invoice date. Interest charges of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.
* All ads are subject to approval and categorization by the Editor and may be revised for content and/or to meet formatting requirements.
* The Editor, and CAPAPA, reserve the right to refuse any ad request and/or to rule on ad categorization.
